Cleaning Performance： One of the vacuums just went round  and round.  When I contacted Ivy, she stated "they have no directional in there programming", as if that resolved the problem.  I also stated  the second one worked on a hard surface, but didn't work on the  carpeting.  These were Christmas gifts, oh, to start off they delivered  to the wrong address.  I finally received them on the day of the party. So I had the anxiety of that before and then they don't even work  properly.
